Kilmainham Gaol & Pádraig Pearse Museum

5th Class have been very lucky this month to on two educational school trips. We learned all about the 1916 Easter Rising at the beginning of this year so both the Pádraig Pearse Museum and Kilmainham Gaol linked in nicely. It was very exciting to be on a bus again and we loved learning outside of the classroom! We learned even more about Pádraig Pearse and the other leaders of the Easter Rising. We even got to see where Joseph Mary Plunkett married Grace in Kilmainham Gaol!
